This was a very nice second floor condo that was quite comfortable for three adults. We were having a Christmas family reunion and were mostly at another persons house so didnt spend too much time in the unit. It was fun to walk on the main road and the pier but since it was cold we didnt do any water activities as summer guests would. I spend summers in the Rockport/Fulton area as a child so it was fun to wander and bring back memories. Shops on main street in Rockport are fun to explore. We loved Macs BBQ and had them cater for 16 one night. A quick trip to Port Aransas and the ferry crossing were fun too. This condo would be a great base for exploring the area. I would recommend the unit to others.

Just want to let everyone know that after a rough start this condo made it up. We could never have expected to know exactly what the location, and condo itself would be like but I will tell you it was very nice and would highly recommend it. The living room was tile and had sliding glass doors that you could look into the bay right across the street. NO obstructions to your awesome view. The swimming pool was nice and my little girl really enjoyed it. I would suggest a larger more updated TV in the living room and maybe a smaller LCD in the bedrooms. Also no grill outside the condo had to go and cook in a general area but still not too bad only thing you had to go back and forth if you forgot anything.... Otherwise we liked it and plan on going back to that same condo.

We were looking for a comfortable place that was on the bay, (fishing opportunity), with swimming pool and pet friendly. This place has all of this and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. We will be back, thanks

This trip was awesome. From start to finish, property had everything and more you could want. Property managers were great and very professional. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

The condo was very clean, had plenty of dishes, soft linens and the AC worked great. Pleased with the upkeep of the facility. Very comfortable! The beach at Rockport is super clean, clear water, and family friendly. Only slight disappointment all weekend was the only outdoor grill at the complex was being used by a family reunion, so we had to change our dinner plans. Rather strange that I was told that this was a no pet facility, but there was dog food in the pantry though!

This is a great condo. Its greatest asset is its easy access to a really great pool. Our young grandchildren loved it!

I have stayed at kontiki every year for the past 10 years. This is the best condo so far! It was super nice and had all kinds of neat coastal decor. There were plenty of useful items included, such as a rod rack and shelf, shoe rack to keep your items neat and tidy. Great towels and a lot of kitchen necessities as well. Will love to stay here again next year!

This was a perfect place to stay for our family. Clean, spacious and great views from the deck! Swimming pool, BBQ grills are close. A plus is the security that patrols the area on Friday & Saturday nights!

This condo made my familys vacation. I have three boys under 11 and they could play in the sand and fish off the back piers without ever leaving the complex. We will definitely come back if we can stay at 307. Comfortably slept 4 adults and three young children. The owners have done a marvelous job on the updates and decorations. Thank you for making some great memories for our family.

This was a great place to relax. If you are a fisherman its fantastic with a 24 hour lighted pier. The condo was ready to go and the owner and property manager were very friendly and responsive. There is a lot to do in the Rockport area and Corpus Cristi is just down the road. I would highly recommend it,

It is by far one of the best condos I have ever stayed in. Very well decorated. Just a nice cozy get away! Definitely recommend. The fishing is good if you are there at the right time. If looking for a fun place to eat, try the Paradise Island Grill. They had a band when we went on Friday.

Beautifully and tastefully furnished. Comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. A very good fishing pier and minutes away from good fishing on Copano Bay Pier (recommend live shrimp and mullet). Boat launching facility and good fish cleaning facilities. Would recommend this to any of my friends and family- even non-fisherman. The weekend Chinese buffet at the China Inn is really good - Crab legs and boiled shrimp. The beach is great for small children and you are not so far from Port A if you want to swim in the open ocean.

We had a great time. We like to stay at Kontiki, they have a great pier and nice pool area. The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the condo has been updated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Rockport is a great place for the kids, they have a great beach

We booked this property site unseen and were very pleased. We stayed 2 months (mid November - mid January) and would have stayed 1 month longer if it had not already been reserved. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to Rockport activities and shopping as well as a short drive to Corpus Christi. Aransas Bay is viewable from the living area and the deck. This house was very well maintained and equiped, it truly was our home away from home. There was a large enclosed storage/garage area downstairs for our fishing gear as well as a fish cleaning table under the stairs. Inspection visits from "Squeeky", the cat who lives next door, kept us entertained.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Everything you need is there including the water view. If you leave anthing there its there when you return the next year. The staff are friendly and helpful. The accomodations are more than adaquate. The house itself is lovely and decorated so nicely. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. We always look forward to our stay as we are for next March. Overall I rate this place as excellent.

We have taken two long weekend trips to Rockport and stayed here. Neighborhood is very peaceful and house is very clean. Highly recommend it to everyone.

My stay on North Allen was pleasurable. The house sits on a dead end street, so its quiet and peaceful. The washer and dryer are a definite plus. The home is very clean. I would stay here again if they accepted my boy, Spanky, the Brittany spaniel, but . . .

This is a quirky little cottage that is just like going to Grandmas house. There is no overhead lighting (there are lamps). There are ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen is a joy - everything you might ever want for cooking. However, be sure to take your own coffee and fixings and also if you plan to hand wash dishes, take dish washing soap (there is a small dish washer and evrething is there for it.) Finding the switches for turning on the lights is a challenge. The bathroom has cabinets jam packed with everhthing you will need - except a hair dryer. In some ways you feel as if someone stepped out just long enough for you to come in. If you are not familiar with Direct TV you may have a problem trying to find your favorite stataions. I would recommend this little cottage for those who are not looking for perfection but for a place to relax and just enjoy the trip back in time.

This is a beautiful condo with a great layout, great location and up to date interior. It was clean and arranging the key retrieval went without a hitch. Unfortunately, there is a very strong smell of sulfur in the water. We still managed to have a pleasant stay in spite of the odor. (another plus - wi-fi signal was strong -- but we had to find password located on the modem since it was not given to us when we got the key)

Good location if you want to be near pool. Very comfortable pool which was nice and warm in August. Liked the little baby pool with water fall into the bigger pool. Nice unit with good sound insulation. Nice that it has a washer and dryer. Property manager very easy to work with. Lots of bed space - 2 king beds, 3 twins, futon in living room. Close proximity to tennis courts. Plenty of parking. Nice tile floor downstairs. Nice big patio with chairs and very nice shady trees.

The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook and the bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and watching tv in the living area in the evening. There was a limited selection of stations and it would have been nice to watch a DVD if there had been a player. Overall the house was great and priced at a reasonable rate.

The condo was fantastic, in fact we will be requesting that exact one every time we come down to Rockport for any vacation that we might have. The family that came down with us have been staying in the Rockport area for the last 10 years or so and they stated that this condo was the best one they have seen ; so to me that says a lot. I was definitely impressed with your companies customer service as well, for someone that hasnt ever been down to Rockport for vacation definitely made me feel right at home.
